Anyone in N.E. Wisconsin have the Doug Thorley exhaust?

I did the install at my other house. I was just going to put the vailence back on when my wife called and said the power was out in our new house and the basement was flooded. So yes and yes.

bummer, my friend up in Oshkosh says they have had alot of flooding too, not nearly as bad as in southern WI but all the same it sucks. Was it pretty simple to install? I haven't removed any of my plastic yet, Is it true you only need to remove the vailece? I think I'm going to try and do mine this weekend.

Giant, I installed my DT exhaust last night, pretty simple job except for those damn heat shield screw. I never had a car with any type of aftermarket exhaust so the sound is something I will have to get used to, I can see a change in performance, seems a little peppier at times...I heard they muffler will likely quiet a little bit after 1,000 miles or so.

I thought it was too loud too. I don't know if its getting any quieter or if I'm just getting used to it.
