As an 1198 that configured on Nov 26th of 07, but was later told by smart in Feb. or early March that I actually only configured on January 10th (Wrong ), I don't plan to configure more than once and I don't think they would want me to.
When I configured, I don't recall any option as to choosing where I would like to pick up my car. I did not choose Tulsa over another dealer and with the dealers lack of response to my question once every month or two as to any information about my car, I don't think I care to be involved with them in the deal. If they can't be bothered for two or three minutes of their time to respond to my email now, then it does not look probable that they would spend much time on a problem after the delivery is made. That bothers me quite a bit.
