Our ability to accessorize....

So as I countdown my last 25 or so days Smart-less my mind wanders to what accessories are people choosing. Heres my final tally:
  • all weather floor and trunk mats
  • chrome package + fog light rings
  • chrome license shields
  • stem caps

What are YOU adding to your new Smart?

I got almost the same items a you (minus the license shield and stem caps). The floor mats are a must in my opinion. I've got the winter ones in there now (it is winter in Nebraska after all). The summer ones are still in the box. They actually sit in there nicely so I didn't even have to screw the bracket into the carpet. The chrome package and rings are on order. I think they will make a nice accent to the car. I also got the 'NO HOLES' License Plate Mounting kit from www.gominigo.com . Have not installed it yet as I don't have my car registered yet.

These are exactly the three things I want as well. Although I'm waiting to order the ScanGaugeII until they have the "Optimized for smart" version available in March. I'm also interested in the bike rack, but it's so costly, it'll have to wait. But I'm thrilled I learned about the scangauge via this forum because it'll give me that all-important fuel economy gauge. I was able to drive my '03 Accord pretty efficiently after learning from that gauge on there.

I think I might need that no holes mount. Jeesh this little guy is getting more expensive by the minute.

Got the no holes lic plate holder (no surprise, have had one on several cars ), am considering all the exterior chrome bits, want some sort of all weather mats (always prefer them to carpet no matter what time of year), and the boot cover thing that all cars with hatch backs need.

Other stuff I always 'roll' with - nav, tint, and usually a V1, although I'm not sure I'll need that last one in the Smart so much

The luggage compartment divider was $149.

I think I will add the 'no holes' holder as well, I got the KS MAXWELL tags. The front tag is optional when you have vanity plates, but I may want the world to know how vain I actually am
