Washing the Smart

The weather was ugly here today so we brought the Smart into the basement and washed it in the tub.

Seriously, I did go to the car wash and found the laser deal sent the washer arm too far behind the car and the back didn't get cleaned. I guess they are not set up for 1/2 cars.

I ran into the same problem in a Shell touchless. After the first pass I just backed up with the sprayer arm - when it went forward on the other side I drove forward. Had to do it 4 times but it did get the car clean. The people in the car behind me were dying laughing - oh well - it works.

too funny! afterwards, when you were done towel drying it, did it 'shake' rest of the water off itself???
