Parts and Modification in Vancouver, BC?

Hi everyone, so I'm relatively new to the smartcar "industry" I guess you could say. I'm looking to buy/install an air intake valve and I see SC's with them all over Vancouver daily. This is my first car so I have no idea where to get modifications at all. Does anybody here know where I can do this in Vancouver? Help is greatly appreciated
