Hi All, Got a call friday night (Feb. 1st) from White Plains confirming my order & stating my car will be there within 15 days. We talked on saturday & Allen was very helpful. I wish I could figure out this delivery number thing everybody is talking about. I finalized my order on October 22nd in 2007.

Take a look at your reservation number and post the last 4 digits. Even though they really dont correlate it would give us a clue. You however must have a really early reservation!

Being delivered to white plains.
So far Allen at the dealer has been good to work with.
They are NOT using SMARTS factory warranty. they will use GE warranty because its cheaper & includes the tire & wheel insurance. They have been selling this GE insurance for a while at the "other" Ray Catena owned dealerships, Allen said its a "better" deal. (does that sound like salesman lingo???)

Read the contract you may find that you have to spend $1000 to collect
$1. The wheel and tire insurance i got taken with will not cover pothole damage... the reason I bought it in the first place. Don't take there word

Hi Karl, the dealer said it DID cover pot hole damage as well as curb damage. The deductible was $100.00 for life.........a little hard to believe, but thats what he said.
Where as SMARTS warranty is $100.00 per incident, with no tire & wheel coverage. A puncture or blowout will be covered & repaired wherever you are.

have you read the contract ? priced a tire ? Don't mean to be pendantic what the salesman tells you and what the contract says are two different animals in my case the the cost of it was enough to buy a tire and and have it mounted. Good luck

The Hartford CT dealer is open but the Fairfield CT dealer isn't yet. Any news on NY dealers? White Plains is of interest to me. I'm about 1 hour from Hartford and White Plains and 30 minutes from Fairfield. Thought with three dealers we'd see some volume coming into this area.
