Buffalo (Williamsville) taking delivery?

Was just wondering if anyone from Buffalo was getting delivery in May. Mine's due this month, but nothing yet. Still, I had three calls from the young guy at my dealer in the last two days.

Yesterday, he told me the car was at port, even though I left him a message a week ago telling him it was at port and asking how long it would take. He had questions about my insurance and financial arrangements, even though I told him that TWO weeks ago.

Today he called to ask me what options I ordered because my sheet didn't add up. I confirmed what I ordered. He called me back five minutes later to confirm the spelling of my last name!

Oh, and he told me they got a shipment today. But mine wasn't on it!

So many smarts coming into Buffalo. Surely some other people on this forum have experience with the dealership. Tell me some people are more with it than my guy?

i just greeted my baby "Blueberry" at the dealer in Williamsville,i was there for a test and they just got it in.. Reserved it last may, picking it up friday!!! So excited!! Good luck to you.

Worked with a lot of car salesmen.
(If they were smart, they wouldn't be selling cars.)
Except for my brother (of course) who already had a career and sells cars for enjoyment, too bad he doesn't sell smarts.

I'm totally jealous, because I can't figure out how they can get a full truck and not have mine on it. But I'm really happy for you! I hope I'll pass you on the road soon!

Please send pic after delivery. I saw my first smart in the area tuesday night. It was entering 490W from winton rd ramp. Any ways good news.

I've been seeing several around lately. Someone I work with in Rochester has a yellow/black, and I saw another one in the same area. At Village Gate, I saw a black/silver pure.

Is that the same scheme you're getting? I always thought the blue/silver was my favorite, but then I saw a blue/black at the dealer, and it does look fantastic!

I think we're going to need a Rochester Smarties group! We can all drive by the Hummer dealer on Winton Road and point and laugh. ;)

Yep blue and black passion smart with comfort package+fog lights. It seems funny but after looking at smart cars,then seeing all other cars on the road. The smart seams well design and correct. All though true it is not a car for everyone or every situation,it is a step in the right direction for commuting and a more efficient auto transportation.
Plus it will sure beat riding a motorcycle in the winter.

I got the call today that my car is in! Hopefully I should be able to pick it up on Tuesday!
