NH Inspection

We bought our vehicle from Smart Lynnfield, MA but need to have inspected in New Hampshire. Smart Lynnfield advised us to have inspection station call them prior to performing any tests. I was advised there are 14 other Smarts sold to NH owners.Where did you have inspected?

Thanks!

Sweet46,
That has nothing to do with your question and I am sorry about that - but when did you buy your vehicle? I am waiting for my car and its been a while. I was wondering if you had a reservation # or an orphan? What did you get?

I will need to know as well this cause I live in NH and I also need to get my car inspected etc... Why do they need to have an inspection station to call them? Are they holding your car there?
Frankly I don't know why they care - when your car is registered in NH, you have 7 days to have it inspected. At least that's what I remember...

NH Inspection

I got my Smart car last week from the Lynn field Mass dealer also, and had no problem with NH inspection. They just plugged it in and away I went. This car is the best toy that I ever purchased!

Dang, if you buy a NEW car in TX the DEALER puts a state inspection sicker on it that is good for the first two years. From reading this forum, I'm surprised to see how UNunited our 50 states are.....
So I take it there are no SMART centers in NH so you have to drive out of state to pick it up then get an inspection sticker in your state so they get their share of the $$$.

No inspections in FL. Best part of it - no sticker to mess up the windshield!
