smart center Fairfield to Open Jan 28

Driving by the dealer today I saw people and a car in the showroom, decided to pull in. I was allowed in and talked to a few of the salesman. Official opening is the 28th, they have at least one demo car, a silver/silver passion with black leather. It seems the only option its missing in the cockpit gages. While I was there another person stopped by as well. Really didnt mean to intrude, they were still going over the car! This excited me alot as there is now a date when I can take a drive in a car!!!

Are they posting the opening anywhere. I did a test drive last summer there and was wondering when the actual opening was. Now that I know, I'm wondering if they are going to be my dealer or not (I'm right between Fairfield and Hartford).

Grand Opening is today, hopefully I will get to stop by today and maybe sneak in a test drive. If not it will have to wait till the weekend.

I went by there today as I happened to be in the neighborhood. They were closed but had two cars in the showroom, and a Sold Customer car sitting outside.

The car outside was a silver on Black passion, but the sticker included the charge for a Silver Tridion. Hopefully whoever ordered it wanted the Black Tridion, or they will be disappointed. I double checked the vin on the sticker against the car and it matched, so their is a bug in the system somewhere.

There was also 3 cabrios behind the building, a demo and two solds. I took a gander at the car, while showing a friend them today, but didn't notice the sticker.
What I did notice is how much I dis-like the beige interior, I have one in my current car and love it, but there is something about the beige, It just doesn't seem to match anything to me, especially the silver.
