Smartie Trek? How bout it.

With the nice weather coming & the Suffolk County numbers growing every day...how about a get together or trek soon?

Maybe we could meet on a Saturday or Sunday on Bald Hill in Farmingville?...it is on North Ocean Ave just past Granny Road...

Anybody in? Let's try and set it up soon...would love to see other Smarts and make some new friends...

I can't believe how much I love mine. I got it Friday night and already have 200 miles on it. Washed it for the first time late this afternoon.

Got mine Thursday night and it needs washed! Not sure yet where in Manhattan to do that... how far is Farmingville from the city?

It is pretty far for you...Exit 63 on the LIE...

If there are more people from Nassau or NYC, we could have it somewhere in the middle...maybe at Jones Beach...

as far as the Suffolks, I know there are at least 5 of us that post semi-regularly.

Who do we have to talk to in order to establish a Suffolk County sub forum thingie? As always (NY Smartie knows what I'm taking about), I am open to hosting other smart owners from Suffolk and anyone else who wants to take a ride... I live near Heckscher Park in East Islip... would like to see how many smart fortwos we can squeeze into my 2.5 car garage.... the record for now is 3 (Wife's Volvo XC90, my Saab 9-2x, my smart for two...). I bet would could get 6-7 smarts in there... 8)

I'd love to do something like that. I'm also in Suffolk, in Central Islip.
So far as I know, Sunday the 15th would work for me.

I'm from port jeff sta, definately would like to do a meet and greet of some sort. I thought bald hill was a great idea, or maybe a local park of some sort. Definately a need for a LI, suffolk, or NYC/LI subforum whatever combination the moderators will give us. What do we need to do to get it???

Hey, heres a random thought, why don't we talk to the smithtown dealership and do it there? I'm sure they'd love to have a bunch of smart drivers around to rave about the cars and bring some extra attention to the dealership.
