I could certainly go for that! Or one of the parks. I've never been to Bald Hill and hear it's gorgeous out there.

Obviously not originally from LI

Anybody in? Let's try and set it up soon...would love to see other Smarts and make some new friends...

I can't believe how much I love mine. I got it Friday night and already have 200 miles on it. Washed it for the first time late this afternoon.

The only problem with the smartie trek idea is that a trek by definition is "a long arduous journey". I was hoping that we could actually make a day of it and get off the Island for a change. Somewhere new and different!

I felt that this was definitely a strong possibility but there are other folks who wanna MEET & GREET that are not just from NY/LI. There is a couple who may come down from friggin Buffalo which is like 9 hours from us! Plus folks from Jersey and Manhattan. So I was thinking maybe we could drive either further west on LI or maybe even to Westchester County. Dunno.... just a thought. Plus the parking lot at Smithtown smart is so packed with cars it may be a problem. Bald Hill sounds like a good possibility as does Jones Beach.
