Which States make up NE Region?

A few weeks ago Autoline Detroit on the speed channel had a program on Smart Cars . They showed a map of the 5 us regions , the northeast region looked to have Pa and NJ split with the mid-atlantic (central as they called it on their map) region that went from Michigan south to about Kentucky, east to include North Carolina. It was a little hard to see where the mid Atlantic states were exactly because of the dealer tags they had on the map.

It looks like there are 6 regions.

There are six listed on SCOA chapters and regions, the sixth one is Canada. unless I missed one yellow is northeast , blue is central, green is northwest, purple is southwest, pink is southeast. The black looking area off the NJ coast is the dealer names in NJ, NYand MD. Correct me if I am wrong.

I would think Ohio is mid atlantic not north east????
