The few I've seen all had extras added on. Not sure about $10k but certainly several $1ks over.

Where is "locally"? The dealer in Chandler AZ was selling orphans at sticker when I was on their list but I think you have to be in the right zip codes.

Bought my orphan in Virginia Beach at sticker. There was the dealer prep of $399, but I think that's normal.
