My understanding is that they get deliveries only when they can fill a truck heading to that dealership (or in areas where there are several dealers close by, to those dealers -- for example, one truck might leave Baltimore carrying cars going to Edison and Cherry Hill). So your car might be sitting at the dock for 1 day or 1 month.

i have a friend in LA who has a brand new black smart cab with chrome wheels and black leather, v10 radio. It has about 300 miles max. I think he wants about 2k over sticker. Interested ?
