So Cal Smarties Event - Monterey Park Play Days Parade - Saturday May 16th

Ok So Cal Smarties!

Here are the details for those who wish to participate in the Play Days Parade on May 16, 2009.

Go to: http://www.pageantryproductions.com/pdfs/MP09.pdf

1) Fill the out the top half of form as instructed with your contact and insurance information. Where it says "Representing the City of", put down "So Cal Smarties". Don't worry about the questions about manager, number in group or footage. You will need ONE parade pass to get through security. In the checkboxes, mark "Novelty".

2) Fax or mail your form along with your proof of insurance to (310) 631-1134 or send to Parade Coordinator 11904 Long Beach Blvd. Lynwood, CA 90262.

3) So Cal Smarties will gather at the parade assembly site on the NW corner of E. Garvey Ave. and S. Alhambra Ave. in Monterey Park. Here is a mapquest link: Map of E Garvey Ave & S Alhambra Ave Monterey Park, CA by MapQuest. There is a 7-11 at the corner.

4) Parade begins at 11:00 am. Try to be there by 10:30 am (or earlier) and expect to answer questions about your smart!

Hey everyone! Its NOT TOO LATE! We're signed up as SO CAL SMARTIES and are already listed in the parade line up (we're #214 towards the latter part of the parade). If you have not signed up or was not able to because the page is down (they took it down to prevent new entries), just bring your proof of insurance to the meeting site.

Meet at the 7-11 located at the corner of Garvey Ave. and Alhambra Ave. Parade starts at 11:00 am.
