I just found out there is another event at the QM Event Park that day (6/1) starting at 10am. Looks to be a big one. So we might have to do a photo op even earlier. A great spot will be in front of the QM entrance I think.

The June 1st event sounds great to me. I'm having my surgery today, so a month of time would be ample recovery for me.

I just asked Rob and he said he'd go, so count the two of us in...

Great suggestions. Sounds like a great day. We'd probably plan on Bubba Gumps for dinner afterwards to complete the day. Never been there.

I'm up and hopping around. Surgery went well, I guess they had to take out quite a bit. I'll find out on my post of visit Friday.

Yesterday was pretty sore, but today I can hobble around without the crutches. But I'm ready for a nap.

No doubt I'll be back as good as new for wherever the next meet is.

I hope the Long Beach trip pans out, I'm looking forward to that!

Wow, looks like we missed a great meet last week. Been pretty busy this week but looking forward to the parade on the 17th.
We would love a trip to Long Beach. Just name the time and the place.

June 1st still good for everyone for the long beach event? I'm not finding the info for the event at the Queen Mary Events park, you sure thats for June 1st? If there is something happening there at 10, would anyone be up for meeting at 9? or 9:30? I'm thinking the photo op at QM would be fun, then a caravan to the village? Let me know so I can put up an official notice.
