Does anyone have a Reservation coming that they are willing to share??
Hi All,
i have a friend who absolutely needs a Smart Car after seeing my little PINK Cutie Pie...... I said I would put the word out amongst our Northwest Group as I know several of you have purchased an orphan and still have a reservation number coming up. Please PM me if you have any information ....... and I am very appreciative of your help !!

What do you mean by sharing a reservation?
I have a reservation coming up September - November. I don't want to sell it. I don't even think you can. But I will be selling my orphan. Would your fiend be interested in buying a used smart?

OK, from what I understand, you can not share a reservation, you can not sell a reservation, you can not give it to someone else. What you can do is go buy the car, then sell it. I have a reservation that I am probably going to "un-reserve", as I have my smart orphan & I don't need two. It's estimated delivery date is May - June 2009. If she wants to order her own, and wait that long, we could probably work it out, as I have not even gotten the email to pick out the specifics yet.
By the way, they are SO worth the wait!! And how did you get PINK???

It's a diabolical plot for that fiend to corner the market by buying up all the available smarts. But since megalomaniacs tend to drive $1 million Bugattis, the fiend will soon end up on this forum whining about how his 350 pound henchman won't fit in the passenger seat, how British agents seem to just bounce off the hood instead of being crushed under like they did with his Rolls Royce, and how the $12K smarts don't have V-rated, run flat tires like his other $120K cars.
