Eastern Washington Smarties need to plan a meet

All of us Smart owners over here on the dry side need to plan some kind of get together. How many of us are over here anyway? I know there is a yellow/silver that lives somewhere near me. Anybody got any ideas? Anybody interested?

I'm in Pullman, but I'd be happy to do a day trip to the "tri-cities". I go to Spokane quite often, but I don't know where the majority of us on the eastsiiiide are at. I did see one yellow one in Spokane out on west Francis Ave, but I didn't happen to be driving my smarty at the time. I don't know of any others in Pullman, per se, but there's a few across the border in Moscow, ID.

Dunerunner..........some of the BEST wines in the country are made in eastern Washington, pretty much anywhere you go, from the north end down to the Columbia river!!! YESIREEEE!!! Gewurztraminer........one of my favorites!!! I'd be up for a trip to the dry side.......well, meaning NO RAIN, not DRY in the other sense.....as in NO ALCOHOL, like some of those southern towns I used to live in when I was in the Army!!

Lets see....wineries near Tri-Cities.....where to begin? J Bookwalter, Bernard Griffin, Terra Blanca, Canon Del Sol, Badger Mountain, Fidelitas, Goose Ridge, Columbia Crest, Gordon Brothers, Stonecap, Sleeping Dog, Col Solare, Gamache, McKinley Springs, Olsen Estates, Airfield Estates, Kestrel, Desert Wind......check out this link www.washingtonwine.org There's also a great restaurant that has terrific martinis where we could start! If anybody on the damp side has been to the Bonefish Grill in Bothell, we have one here too! We need more cars though.....a caravan/convoy/posse needs a whole STRING of smarts running down the street. I heard my local news channel was thinking about doing a story on the smarts too, so we might get some attention!
