I think I'm on the list twice, unless there's another Dani!!! I did get off work for Friday, so will be heading over in the the am, to arrive at the Barn early pm. Have to leave Sat pm though still. As for the subwoofer, might be interested but is it for a 450 as well? I really don't like the 'tinny' sound of the stereo, am used to my subaru one!

Dani, I don't know about the subwoofer on the 450. It should be easy enough to check for existing wiring and seat bolt spacing when we're in Prosser. If the existing wiring wasn't there, it still could be done but more a job for the installation professionals. We can see what it looks like.
You might also consider sound deadening on the door panels. The deeper sounds appear to have blossomed with the more reinforced acoustic chamber.
John H - I'm very interested in hearing what you have done to create a better sound chamber than the rolling can I currently have. I have plans to replace my radio 9 with an AVIC - Z3 Nav and Polk speakers but what you have done sounds interesting!! Did you take any pics of the process, I hope!!
I was half-kidding about the install, but yeah - for sure I'll do that! I love smart events! It's a 7 hour drive for me each way but if there are 10 of you getting the cruise then I'll do the drive and perform the installs free of charge.
If there is interest in this, then keep me in the loop. One obvious problem is there is a 240+ wait list for the cruise controls, but I think I could work something out to make sure I had 10 or so with me for that weekend.
It is coming up quick, so unfortunately it is a rushed decision. If the interest isn't there, well maybe next time!
If Steven is serious (I belive he is!) and if there is enough interest (read his post above), you can get an Area 451 cruise control next weekend at the Prosser Rally and he will install it!
Mine is on the way and can't wait. If you are an interested soul, let him know at SmartieParts.com (not a link...Google it). Report it here if you are in!
This will also get a Canadian to join us, and expand the attendees coming from three states and one province!
