We're only around 6-8 hours away and would make for a great road trip....

What's the plan for getting from Oregon to SF? It's a 10 hour dirve for me and a caravan or *smartavan* would make it more fun and safer, too.

Don't know when John H is leaving from Portland, I'm leaving for California Aug 1, and will be there for the shoot on the 17th. Drive safe....See you in the City!

Ok, Suze, it's so a go.

I thought maybe , no, can't leave Dad. But he's so down with this, even though he doesn't make the traveling squad, and there's a great friend who will fill on for the meds and such.

So, where to stay? You know I'm an evil smoker, but I can persevere - in my hippy fashion - is there a consensus hotel?

I'd like to 'smartavan' back too - safe, fun, and fulfilling.
