Hello everyone, and tomorrow there will be another SMART in the NW.
I'm picking my Smartie up in Southcenter.
I'm more happy about the smart then the BMW 128i I just bought 2 weeks ago.
And my momy is working for the company in Germany that makes smart plastic parts. (another reason to get one)
Road trip sighting yesterday: a blue/silver cabrio with real-estate advertising on it in Walla Walla at 2nd & Rose while we were stopped, getting ready to turn into the gas station there.
Then a hardtop bumblebee in Portland on SE 39th between Hawthorne and Yamhill as we were almost home from the trip this afternoon.
Sadly, Stendahl picked up a dime-sized star crack in the windshield today, just 40 miles short of home after 700 miles on this trip and just over 11,000 miles over the past fourteen months....
Darrel - sorry about Stendahl's injury. I'm thinking of windshield protectant - have replaced the windshield once and have numerous cosmetic chips again.
Meantime - saw a bruiser (blue/black) at NE 60th and Glisan @ lunch time today while taking zippy out for a spa treatment.
PS - I sold real estate in Walla Walla for 5 years in the 90's. Nice to know smarts reached that far into eastern WA

Not sure. My wife noted that it was a realty company but didn't catch the name. We were pleasantly startled just running into a smart in Walla Walla.

Between this morning and this evening, the star grew into a crack across a third of the windshield, on the driver's side.
