Live in Independence and work in Salem. I have seen Mikie's black smart, a red one behind the Mental Hospital, heard about a yellow one. Have never seen one on the highway around here or portland until I came to work today. Saw a Silver Cabrio coming out of West Salem around 6:30 this morning. Was great to see one on the road. My DDE is Aug - Oct 08. Black and Blue Passion.

I caught a sivel/silver Smart with temporary tags wheeling past the Clackamas, OR intersection of Sunnyside & 122nd. It was too late to honk or wave but I'm so happy to see another in or near my neighborhood!

Saw Maxwell's twin today! Even got a wave as we passed 180 out.

O.K. Heading home from work tonight.........I-5 southbound just before the Ft. Lewis exit. Someone pulled in behind me and flashed their lights at me. At first, I just thought it was a "creeper" wanting a better look, but then realized that the headlights were about the right width, so it's probably a smartie. Then the car got off at the Ft. Lewis exit, and I slowed down and looked over and blew my horn. It was a smartie. Looked to be blue & silver..........but it was dark, so I couldn't say what color for certain, but it WAS a silver tridion.......that much I COULD tell!! So.........if you're on the forum, and you're stationed at Ft. Lewis........PM me!!

Moderator: can we change the title to "Saw another Smart on the Road today in the Pacific Northwest!"

I even started a thread in the Texas chapter by the same (previous) name to encourage posting there for folks in that area. No use. Maybe we should all start posting in the Los Angeles sightings, instead?!

Since this is the Pacific Northwest thread I guess you must be talking about Dallas Oregon. That is only 6 miles from where I live. Can't wait to see it!

Since my DDE says Aug - Oct 08, I called SCP and of course they have nothing from Smart yet. So I figure it will be closer to Oct.
