smart car club of Idaho cruise - June 7, 2009

The next smart car club of Idaho event will be a smart car cruise of about 140 miles on Sunday, June 7, 2009. We will meet at the Home Depot at State Street and Highway 55 between Boise and Eagle at 1:00pm and leave the parking lot at 1:30 to drive North to Horseshoe Bend and Banks. We will then drive toward Lowman through Garden Valley, and then return toward Boise via Highway 21 through Idaho City. We will make several stops along the way, wherever we want to stop for pictures, white-water and wildlife viewing, etc. Our last stop before Boise will be stopping at Donn's Hilltop Kodiak Grill near Lucky Peak reservoir (formerly the Hilltop Cafe for Boise old-timers) for dinner at about 5:30pm. If you want to join us for this event, please E-mail of PM me. If you are unable to make the cruise but would still like to meet the group at the Kodiak Grill for dinner, let me know that as well. I would like a head count for the Kodiak Grill so that we can make reservations ahead for our group.

As coincidence would have it, I'll be in Boise next weekend! I'm stopping over at my sister's on my way to the Midwest rally. I think I'll pass on joining you on the drive so I can spend time with sis, but I might crash your staging area!

maybe maybe. I am once again training a new person for bookkeeping! I think that is the weekend that she needed to go home to get moved over... but will check it out. But good news, after she's trained, then I can get weekends off (incl. sundays) so I can do fun smart stuff -- yea!!

That would be great, I would love to see your smart car in pink now! If you can't catch us at our staging area, then perhaps drag your sister with you up to the Kodiak Grill for our dinner stop at about 5:30pm. Wonderful food there!
