Our August Meet, Greet, Eat & Party-Saturday Evening August 16
Based on the recommendation of several of our members I am scheduling an August event at Hollerbach's Willow Tree Cafe in Sanford for the evening of August 16th. The Willow Tree Cafe is an authentic German Restaurant with Authentic food, an extensive variety of German Beers and German Musical Entertainment on Friday and Sat nights.
We will plan on meeting in the parking lot at 5:00 to 5:30 PM to show off our cars and will have dinner reservations at 6:00PM. Beginning at 7:00Pm and going until 10:00PM is an old fashioned German band for entertainment and a sing-along. It should be great fun and it will be our first event on the East side of our area.
I am making the announcement now because RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. I would hope we would have a large group so I would like to make the reservations two weeks in advance by no later than August 2. I may be able to add a few additional reservations the week ending August 9 but that would probably be it as they get very busy on entertainment nights.
If you will attend please e-mail me with your names and the number of people in your party and I will make the reservations for all of us on August 2.
You have 6 weeks to let me know. Please don't wait until the last minute if possible so that we can ensure enough reservations for everyone that wants to attend.
