Does Smart Weston provide VIN # and ETA?

My car from there has ETA of 4/6 - 7/6 and Smart USA told me the car has been built but I wonder does Smart Center of Weston will provide more information on it? I called once and they don't bother to look up anyhing for me. Do you thnk is better to go there? I saw other people on the forums from Coral Gables got info on their car with VIN # and an ETA of 5/31.

I was able to get my VIN as soon as I found out that my car was in production. They can look it up very easy. My dealer, in Bloomington, MN, even printed it out for me

Seems to vary from dealer to dealer; I didn't get my VIN until 8 days after it was on the boat.
