The Moroney sticker is supplemental to the factory sticker, usually about 5" x 3".

+ Dealer Fee $()
Sometimes the dealer takes the sticker price, ads the dealer installed options for a grand total - the dealer MUST sell the car for that price and must include the dealer fee in it. If the dealer forgot to add his fee to the grand total - he eats it.
If no grand total is on the sticker, even if the fee is/is not a line item, he can charge the fee.
