We did a Key West trip for July 4th, was quite nice in the Smart. Definitely looking to do another trip. I got bar-owning friends there (especially useful in Key West), so we love visiting. So will keep watching for what dates works best for everyone.

Maybe someone would like to do a poll of the best possible dates and majority rules. I have no conflicts, though with many taking vacations, there has to be a definitive date.

Ruby, that sounds like a great idea.

I will probably lose! I will have a full trunk. Still sounds fun. I think it would be better to do this at the southernmost location though, it would be kind of sill for someone living in pinecrest or homestead to drive up to go down... unless no one minds that location. Maybe we can convince them to open early and provide breakfast (: I will try to add a poll to this...

If any mods see this, could you please merge it with the other keys post?

Imagine a picture, taken from the "new" 7 miles bridge, of the caravan of smarts on the accessible part os the "old" bridge?
I think the section from Marathon to Pigeon Key (the northernmost span of the old bridge) is drivable. I've seen cars going to Pigeon Key, but I don't know if it has "limited access" and if you could stop there long enough for someone on the - slightly higher - new bridge to take the picture.
Just an idea...
Have a great trip! I wish to be part of it...
