Tracy is the Sales Manager for the Smart car dealership in Chandler. The web site is
www.smartcenterchandler.com. Have you done a test drive yet? If not, Chandler has their test drive cars in. Go to Chandler and ask for Tracy.
Regarding reservation numbers, I haven't been following that thread lately since I confirmed already...1232 confirming 12/28. You may want to contact Smart Car directly and they can confirm you still have a reservation. If you start talking to them about your number they have a standard line they will hand you or just seem confused. Their phone # is 1800smartusa. If you have been seeing higher numbers that have received the confirmation email, it could be something called dealer loading. There is another thread on that.

I just found this on another thread that was posted yesterday (see below) and he is from Phoenix. So there are others with lower numbers that are still waiting to confirm.
