We lost a couple of posts when the site went down. Someone had posted that there were 2 white/silver smarts seen on North Oracle; one sitting at the front of Jiffy Lube and the other going up and down Oracle.
So far I haven't seen the white/silver's.

Just an update on the Jiffy Lube sighting...I stopped by there today and spoke to one of the workers. They know what a smart car is but haven't seen one in the area. None of their employees at that location have one but one of their customers has one on reserve.
Picked it up almost 48 hours ago!!! It has been a party for me ever since. I am like a little kid at Christmas!!!!

Congratulations! Curiously—when did you reserve or what was your reservation number? I am expecting my Smart any day now (told it's on way for April delivery). How much lead time did they give you? i.e. did you know the day before or the week before?
How many other Smart Cars were there when you picked up? Any red/silver??

Not that I'm not THRILLED that you picked up your car. I love my yellow smart! I didn't think I would, but now I think about wearing yellow clothes, eating yellow food, getting a yellower dog .... !
I ahve been driving for any and all reasons/excuses. I cannot get myself out of this little car!!! I am loving every minute of it and am not getting on the computer like I used to. I am in Tucson. I got the car one year and four days after initial reservation. I am so glad I waited. I will try and be better about checking in! See you all soon on the road!

Hello Teapots; I picked it up from a guy in La jolla, Ca. last friday. It had 123 miles on it, he got it from the Mercedes dealer in San Diego, he was'nt on any reservation or orphan list, he said they called him because he buys a bunch of Mercedes from them. I really like it so far, gets a little wild in the wind we had yesterday when your going 70 mph. We close at 4 pm , i'm in and out , But if you see a all black car there stop in. Rick
Pulled in to Costco @ I17& Yorkshire what is the car in front of me? A Blue Smart Convertible. Of course I am in my blue Smart Passion. Givne the nubmer of Smart's in the valley, gas staions , high MPG this might seem a bit odd. But curiously there are 3 Smart cars at the same office 2 blue and 1 black. not that far away from Costco. Still ....
