Does anyone know what the most recent reservation # is to confirm? I am thinking my 1329 is about 9-10 months away at this rate.

Well then, my 1383 should be in 2009! I find it interesting that there are 1300s that are configuring elsewhere but Az seems to be well behind those. I don't know if its because there are so many early reservers from Az or if there is something else. Either way, it certainly is an exercise in patience.

Yeah, I have seen 1300's in other parts of the country that have confirmed. AZ must have lots of reservations or they are incredibly slow in Chandler.

Contact 1-800 smartusa and just confirm that you are still on their reservation list. If you get into a conversation regarding your confirmation number or someone in the area received their confirmation with a higher number than yours, smart usa seems to get confused...

As long as you are still on their confirmation list, they may tell you "your email already went out" and then have them send another one or they may say "not yet but it will be soon".

Hi. I am new to this site. I like what I have read so far in the forum. My husband and I have a reservation for a SmartCar but we do not know what the reservation number is. How do we find out? Will they tell us if we call SmartCar of Chandler?
I can wait for someone to call. Maybe if I knew what reservation number we held, that might give me an expectation of when we will be notified.

In my excitement, I thought traktees email was a "we are delivering your car" email. I did conform October 2007. So, still same boat so to speak. Confirmed and waiting. Oh, and the res# I believe is the last 4 digits of confirmation. Welcome Peoria!

Welcome Pinger. Check the last 4 digits of your reservation #. You can then check the threads to see what reservation #'s have received the email to configure/confirm the reservation. Don't get frustrated if you see higher numbers than yours that have received the configure/confirmation email.
