I wasn't sure if this qualified as an Arizona sighting, so I thought I'd start a new thread.
I did my first road trip out to LA this week and had a lot of fun, though I have to admit that the high winds just past Palm Springs left a lot to be desired - I felt like one of those plastic balls in an air popper machine.
Anyway, while I was in Long Beach - a blue smart passed me on the road - I flashed my lights as I went to turn left and I saw her wave. Next thing I know, we're sitting in CPK, about to order and I look out the window and our two cars are parked together. Heather was nice enough to do a u-turn and come looking for me. (heatheraj - check out her car in the gallery - there's a great shot of it near the beach!!!)
So, Heather - thanks for coming in to CPK!!! That was so much fun! I wish we'd had a camera. I think the waiter thought we were totally nuts.
Let me know if you're serious about the daisies - it'd be nice to know that my car had a sort of twin out there somewhere.
It seems that people in Arizona must be much more restrained than in California about talking to us about the car. I had some very interesting encounters out there!!!!
