DFW: any have service work at dallas smart?

two days three phone calls and no return calls to set an appointment to look at my roof coming unglued.

I have gone there several times. One time the service was OK. The other not so good. I took it there to have the gas gauge fixed (only read 7/8 of a tank when you fill it up). They said they fixed it, but then next fillup, it was still wrong. Brought it back, they said they fixed it, but again it was still broken. I wound up giving up on them successfully fixing it.

As for setting an appointment, you just have to bring your car in. I don't think they do appointments there.

Day three recieved a call back part is on national back order???????? This is a safty issue and the part and glue kit might be here in a week. Not happy with this having to tape my roof down to keep the rain out of my car. Wont have to worry this week with temps at 99 all week.

I had my car into the Dallas Smart Center in February for the same issue with the roof not being attached in the front passenger side. It took them two days to get the 'sticky stuff' in. They told me it was a known problem. If that is the case, I don't know why they don't keep some of the 'sticky stuff' in stock.

I didn't have ANY problems with them returning my calls.

4 phone calls, 2 weeks, no returned calls. Not at all pleased with this. Need the Brabus cover for the fuel tank door ordered. Came off in the heat. Not a happy camper with the service in Dallas. Let the fun begin

As far as this being a safety issue the only way you will get a part next day aired is if the part is keeping the vehicle from running. I waited on my glue kit for close to 2 months

Called three times forthday recieved call parts ordered. I was told they would call when parts came in. I was tired of waiting, called yesterday (july 06) found out that the parts arrived on the 22nd of last month, (?thanks for the call back?) I'm waiting for the return call from the service manager asst. so i can drop of my smart to have a new roof put on.
