Any Texas Deliveries Yet ?

Well it is January 22 and I was wondering if anyone in Texas has taken delivery yet? Have any of the dealers gotten cars in yet? This waiting is killing me.

I just took a snapshot today of a truckload of smart's at Parkplace smart. The trailer had about 2 dozen smarts on it.

Really, are you 1173 too? I'm still waiting for mine. Did they call you and tell you that they got the license to sell the car too? I was told Texas was still waiting to have a license or something in order to sell the Smart car. So even if the cars were here they can't sell until the license is approved.

evsmotors, I'm in Houston too and my is 1181. What is yours. I got an email from Smartusa over the weekend saying that they would contact evertone 30 days out when the order car is in production. If this is true and I haven't heard from them yet. I think mine is more than 30 days out and possibly longer, even 1181 is only 8 days later than 1173. I hope you have an earlier number than mine. Also, Smartcentersugarland is open and if you are 1173, give them a call to see if you are on the list.

I reserved very early 1173 on March 19th 9:20am. Still no sign of the car at the moment.

I talked to the Dallas dealer yesterday and they said they are delivering five cars today.

Also, they expect the list of the next wave of cars sometime this week.
