I'm trying to put an email together to send the Round Rock chapter. He's offered to help spread the word about the Texas SCOA chapters. I know who's coordinating the Central Texas chapter -- R. Michael, but who is coordinating the Dallas and Houston chapters? Do they have web sites of their own?
We are actually performing a number of changes right now and we are folding all the Texas cities into the Texas chapters. If there are any clubs that have formed, I encourage you guys to register with our clubs sign up.
Also, I will be creating a prefix set for Texas which will help you guys with the organization.

I know we have a Dallas region thread here. What else does DFW need to do?
I did send a PM this morning saying that I would Moderate the Austin/Central Texas chapter. RMichael does have enough on his plate with the club. Moderating the board should be someone that is definitely on a lot. I know how running a car club can be. Did that with my Mustang Madness club that I ran for 2 years in Clarksville Tenn. It is a lot of work to keep up. But again, I vollenteer for the Austin/Central Texas Chapter. Would be easier then breaking it down to cities. Too many cities in the states to make everyone happy.
Does one exist? How do we get to find out who has a Smart, and in which part of the city ?
I'm about 45 mins north of the city center, and to be honest i keep well the way out if it too, but would love to attend a meet......
Anyone
I'm the administrator of Houston smart car Club on smartusainsider dot com / groups. I find the SCOA page difficult to navigate and get a club posted. If you go to the other page, you can contact me there and let me know how this SCOA works.
We have 64 members of the Houston smart car Club on smartusainsider and are growing daily. I made little cards for our members to pass out when they see a smart car to have them join our group. Sure hope anyone on SCOA will join us, too!
Hope this helps!
