I don't own one yet and I got my invitation. Just show up if you don't get the email, or contact one of the saleswomen in case they're making up something specific for each visitor - doubtful but you never know.
I was thinking that the dealerships did not have any reservation holders information, until the car is within thirty days of delivery. I am a 1228 with no invitation, as I am not sure they would even know who I am. I did do a test drive a couple of weeks ago, but they didn't ask for anything other than my drivers license. Just wondering how they are getting email addresses?
They used the email with which I originally registered for the smart to send my invite. When I visited the showroom a few weeks ago, I gave Whitney my card with a different email. So I am guessing they must be working with smartusa on the list of invites, but who knows?
I am going a bit later this afternoon in order to miss the bad weather tomorrow....
