Hail storm in Flower Mound

smart car 1
3 Jeeps 0

All three Jeeps and two Bradford Pear trees sustained hail damage from the storm early this morning. Roger's Passion doesn't have a mark on it

sorry about the jeeps and trees. We had hail one year in our parking lot and the cars were all damaged. Windows, headlights etc.
I know some people from Flower Mound. Small world.

I was soooo glad the roof held up so the car didn't fill up with rain water!

It was a pretty scary storm. Mine baby was in the garage but I was worry about my truck. Luckily we didn't get any hail in McKinney. But last month's storm we got golf ball size hail and did some damage to my roommate's car.

Sure sorry about your Jeeps and trees. Thanks much for posting. We missed the hail here in the slums of Highland Park, but we were thinking the Smarts would fare better than most other cars. How big was the hail at your house?

Sorry about the jeeps and tree's. We're in Arlington. Heard about the hail this morning on the news. Had to go outside and check my car. I figured since I had no marks then it didn't hit here too bad. I know I heard rain at some point last night but I think hail would have woke me up. Guess we got really lucky ... again.

The hail was definitely big marble sized but smaller than golf balls. Saw on the news that West Flower Mound had bigger hail, so I guess we got lucky.

Any dings to the steel tridion? I figure the lexan wold hold if it wasn't too cold. It was designed for jet canopies.
