I reserved in September 07. If smart EVER condescends to invite me to configure I'm going to configure the most expensive/ugliest combo I can imagine and then have the dealer put on a double coat of undercoating and etch the windows INSIDE and OUT the leave the little terd on the runway, go out and buy a slightly used orphan from some ninny who could not figure out the manu-matic.
If they won't honor the lame reservation I have no reason to believe they will stand behind the lame warranty either.
I don't get your beef. Heck. I reserved in May. No configuration yet. I might be impatient but I ain't spiteful.

That's the combo I planned for my reservation, black tridon though. ( Bought an orphan in the meantime and may swap out panels)
And don't worry about him. He was so ugly that the doctor slapped his mother.
That was my plan, I configured yesterday so I figure I have four more months to gather the balance needed.
I think more like 8 more months to a year. I configured in December and was told I would get my smart during the second half of 08. By what I've seen here on this forum even that seems optimistic. Some of the earliest reservers are still waiting to get there car.
