Poor Planning in Houston

Houston centers have dropped the ball as far as i am concerned, Smart Sugarland deliver their first cars today (congrats EvS).

My car has been at Smart on I-45 now for 8 days along with 15 others waiting for the showroom to be complete so they cam get approval from the Dept. of Transportation.

I am seriously considering buying something else. Still no answer as to when they can be deliverer.

Poor planning on someone's part

How may other dealers have cars and cant sell them?????????????

I totally agree with you! I live 6 miles closer to the Sugarland dealer, but because of my zip code they put me at the I-45 dealer. For me the good part is my number is 1394 so I won't be getting my car any time soon. I hope by then they have worked out their problems or at least hired more personal. On their website they have only one staff member listed. I know of at least one other person that has written a letter to PAG complaining about the I-45 dealer. All I can say is hang in there! ;)

I can only add to this that I have been wanting this car since 2005 when I first saw it in Vancouver/Hong Kong/Tokyo. So I feel like I've been waiting forever. So another month won't hurt you, you will get your car and you'll have fun in it. Gives you time to save up money for mods too!

The Sugarland dealer said their sales area was everything south of I-10. I live north of I-10.
