Incorrectly labeled smart picture

Below is a a picture that was fowarded to me. I am fairly convinced this is NOT a smart car.
Key points are:
-This car is a four door
-Door handle (on the back door) looks different from ours
-Wheel is a five lug, rather than our three.
-Tailight is different: could be a Altezza style or could have had the red knocked off by the impact.

Very slim chance is a forfour- but I think those have four lug wheels, right?

Anyway, what I'm looking to do is the following:
-Find out what this car really is. I was thinking it might ba a Vibe/Matrix or an xA or maybe one of those Suzukis, a SX4, I think.
-Find if anyone had seen this pic before and can track it back to an online article. I'm thinking this wasn't in the US, but I could be wrong.
-Work on making one of those Opportunities type pictures with a caption refering to how not smart it is was calling a "------" car a smart car.

Comments? Suggestions?

I've seen this on the web, it's a VW. Cannot remember the model but the continental kit, 5 bolt lug wheels, no tridion cell are definate non smart fixture. There is some text above the rocker panels but I can't make it out, probably the vehicle make or model!

Excellent!

Thanks for the help. In one of the shots, you could make out the word "CROSS" on the rocker.
VW Cross Fox.

Any recommendations on how to phrase a comeback?

I think it's safe to say any small car involved in a head-on with a semi will not fare well. Not knowing the speed of either car doesn't help. At high speeds, my Bimmer might not fare well either (and, no, I am not comparing a smartie to a Bimmer).

The fact is if you get in an accident, this could happen...no matter what the vehicle is.
