In the last picture it appears there is enough room on the sides to open a door, if the driver remained in the car.
The "toy hauler" idea is not new or unusual in the RV industry, although most are designed for holding ATVs and motorcycles. Damon and Travel Supreme have also built motorhomes with rear garages big enough to hold a smart.
Here's one that I saw at the Tacoma Fall RV Show. It's made by Forest River, and it may not be "Tiffin" quality, it's actually something that I maybe could afford one of these days! Under $100k fully loaded! :>) Plus the WIFE loves it...... a BIG plus!!!

Just had a look at the Georgetown RV you were on about, looks similar to mine, the back end is very similar, it doubles as either a garage for the Smart or it fits 3 horses sideways with the extra padded partitions.
