I mean a printer in use in a car before, there's a perverter there behind the seat so they use it in the car.

I believe the printer is hooked up to an early-model GPS. It prints the map as you move...

That is a NICE inverter! Did you pull up the carpet to hook up directly to the battery and how's the battery/alternator like the draw on it? That is unless the picture is making it look bigger than it actually is. From the picture it looks like a 3000? 4000?

I used to bring my whole setup to family outings about 10 years ago so I take pics and print out, frame etc for everyone right on the spot.

Timeframe: 1980

I was willing to taxi my younger sister and her friends to their destination in my wimpy little 2-door. I let the one girl in behind the driver's seat, plop the seat back, get in the car, then reach back for the seat belt which had hinged out of the way to allow entry. Instead of the seat belt, the first thing I contact is a 15 year old's ankle which was met with the exclamation "PERVERT!" I'll always remember the perverter behind the driver's seat.
