Garage
I cant wait until winter when I can use those 1/2 spots the snow plows leave in the parking lots. You know, the ones the hummers will park in by driving up on the snow bank to show how cool they are.

Sometimes I can't park here because a individual with a motor scooter uses the space. They could park where the car is because they have a handicap permit and that is a handicap place.

It is very curtious of the motorscooter to leave the handi cap spot for a full size vehicle. On the other hand you are parked in a spot that what was clearly not intended to be used for parking (painted stripes on ground), maybe even the side access for the handicap van that could park in the handicap spot. JMHO

It does not keep a van from off loading as there is plenty of room. I just wonder what kind of a handicap would be compatible with a 2 wheel vehicle. I am sure someone will have an answer so in advance, thank you.
