smart with space shuttle

One of the members of our Central Florida smart Car Club works at NASA and had a chance to get a couple of pictures the rest of us will be unlikely to ever get for ourselves. I thought you might like to see them. Enjoy!

looks a little under powered for that road.

Look here for the usual traffic on that road

That is simply fantastic!! A real "one time" photo. A real beauty. Man, I would like to get a copy of that to blow up and frame.

Of course he wouldn't want to leave it there during launch. Wouldn't be yellow any more......or even there for that matter probably...

I suspect he would have liked to have been closer but I'm sure there are all kinds of rules and restrictions.

I'm sure there probably is. I'm amazed that he was even able to get that close. He looks to be actually inside the fenced-in gated area that surrounds the launch pad facility. Just check out Google Earth.

Kwagar. Your club guy is for sure an insider at NASA. Few people will ever get that close, let alone drive a car in there.

Great pix, Too bad Smart discontinued yellow, as these pix would make great pub shots. Thanks for the post. A2jack.
