Good head start. All of the best Smart tags won't be available for too much longer, once the 451s start to arrive.

As the regular SMART plate for IL was taken ...

I was able to get the IL Environmental (E - series) plate. It turns out that the 'regular' IL SMART plate is on a 450 gray market car right here in the NW suburns of Chicago (see my avatar for my plate). This one sits on a '97 Dodge Grand Caravan for safe keeping for now ...

They actually issue the same alpahnumeric plates to different vehicles as long as the plate series is different? That must be confusing when rounding up the bad guys.
