any experience with smart car cerritos, ca service department?

just called to make my first service schedule and the person (not going to name any names) didnt seem too friendly. hopefully he was just having a bad day or hopefully its a different story in person. anyone have any experience with them yet? especially since they are pretty new.

so far i've had a better experience with my bentley and porsche dealerships - yes only over the phone, what more in person where service was excellent and my service advisors were both very friendly.

brought in the car today and thankfully, was helped out by jadah who was very friendly and very nice. you would think her and the person i spoke to over the phone worked at two different dealerships. if you come in to the smart center in cerritos, i definitely recommend her.

Jadah is awesome! She was my wife's salesperson. When we brought the Smart in for some detailing work (some minor scratches and weird residue on the car at time of delivery) she was off that day. The guy that took care of us was very friendly and very helpful.

I just had the 2.0 upgrades on my 2008 done there. It took about 6 hours, but I didn't mind too much because I got to drive a rally red/black/red loaner. If I need service, I'll take it back to Cerritos.

I had my 2.0 upgrade done at Cerritos today. While it was there, they also fixed a problem with the auto-locking door feature. That didn't take too much longer over the time to do the upgrade. Thanks to Alfie and Brenda for taking care of me today.
