I referred about 10 people last month who showed initial interest - "Where do you get one of those?" inquiry. I'd say of those, 9 lost interest when they realized the distance. It's hard to convince someone that warranty service is 300 miles away. Can I tell them that the 1-800-Smart-USA tow service is two-way as I was promised by Houston North? If I tell them it's one-way only, that's almost as bad as no service at all - unless like me, their interest goes well above and beyond.
