Just wanted everyone here to know that I will try and answer anyone's questions. My name is Edward Walker and I am with Crown Automobile in Birmingham, AL. We are hoping to be up and running by the first of August and also have at least five cars to drive. Sorry for the delay on the building, but we were set back due to our own construction on the Mercedes Building and also getting everything approved through Hoover and also Mercedes Benz. What did your DDE move to. Mine moved to August threw October just the other day. made me happy to see it get closer.
It just moved AGAIN this morning - it is moving out DAILY now. Today it is to 07/29/08 - 10/27/08. I have a feeling our build dates will end up matching and our cars will be shipmates then trailermates then showroommates.
No worries as I need to get rid of some of these cars around the house before I bring a new one home.

Hello and welcome Brad and the Crown staff to the forum. I have been coming by there and telling Mr. Musso about the forum for months and am happy yo see that you are now here. It will be good to get updates from inside now. I know we all can not wait for our vehicles to get here. Thanks for the pictures, they have done a lot in the last couple of days. The concrete was not in when I was there Tuesday afternoon. Looking good.
Mike, I am still live in Sycamore. I work at UAB in the Trauma Communications Center but worked the ambulance in Sylacauga for over 10 years prior. Hope to meet you sometime.
Bub-bling-B, my DDE did not change, but I have hope for it to be soon. Thanks and keep me up to date. I hope to meet you to someday. I guess we are going to have to have an Alabama Chapter of SCOA at some point.
MY DDE CHANGED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION TODAY. IT MOVED TO APRIL - JUNE 2009 FROM AUGUST - OCTOBER 2008. I DON'T LIKE THIS CHANGE, I SURE HOPE IT IS WRONG. LET ME KNOW IF ANY OF YOURS CHANGED. THANKS
