Wow! your red car looks so cool, how did you get the bottom painted to match? did the dealer do that for you? the wheels are sweet, i saw a black convertible there today with those wheels in chrome, i guess its the gm's car (thats what the staff said).

yes on GM`s car.. nice guy and cool car...... dealer hooked me up on paint...... ask Tracey G. she knows all the tricks, and tips

i love my car.wheels.......paint and stereo!

I just wanted to say that the staff at the Chandler dealership are incredibly awesome. Jessica is great to work with. Don't mess with her though. She's a kick boxer in her spare time! Tracy is a hard worker and will do her best to accommodate your needs/wants.

Smart (Mercedes of Chandler) Dealer Experience

While our delivery experience was a bit lengthy (finance issues - Lifelock isn't the best thing when buying a new car)...

My wife and I were at the dealership for six hours before we drove away in squirt (the name of our car)...

The staff were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of water to drink...

Rumor was very friendly.

I had one issue 8 days after delivery when I noticed that my tire repair kit pump was not included with the car.

The GM of the dealership was walking by while I was trying to haggle to get one provided to me and he just took my key, drove away, and then came back with one installed in it's little cubby.

They said they were not clear on whether or not the Pure Coupe was even supposed to have one as standard equipment (according to Smart - it most definitely IS supposed to have one!!).

But regardless - he brought me one and now I in my mind - the dealership is A#1 in my book...

Very nice dealer. Only thing negitive i'd have to say is that they should all be ever excited to sell the car. When we went there they were rather "not excited" about the product. However they were all very nice!
