Hello everyone, Charles Cokeley brand mgr for smart center Cincinnati. I would first like to say thank you to everyone who...like me has managed to ignore the black Ohio Brabus user's comments. I will admit that every business has a perfect customer satisfaction rating, but I will tell you that we have managed a 98% customer satisfaction index rating for many months. I would also like to say that every smart owner that has taken delivery of a new smart from our dealership has met me and knows me. I treat every customer with the utmost respect and make every effort to ensure they are happy without any hesitation in telling the truth at all times. Whether they like it or not. This particular user (black-ohio-brabus) I feel will never be satisfied nor will he be happy due to some pre-existing circumstances...hence his comments about the dealer where he picked up his new brabus and had to deal with the broken wiper blade on his new brabus.
