I myself represent smart center Edison, NJ (a Ray Catena dealership). Those who are familiar with Ray Catena know that we have been the legend in luxury and customer service for the East coast. With one of the largest smart centers in the United States, I am confident that you will find everything you need in terms of what you are looking for in smart. Along with our Service Facility, we will be servicing your smart with the same obsession for customer service as we do for our other luxury lines.

For those who visited us for the Street Show event at our showroom, I thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to join us for that exciting day. For those who missed the event, I look forward in personally meeting you as we come closer to launch.

Lewis, I sent you another email. To summarize, we have not been given access to dealer connect yet so I still can not log into the database. Soon Lewis... I promise.

Received about 30 Reservation holder's contact information that includes build number, VIN, and current status. Will start to contact them for delivery Saturday 1/12/08

I want to be one of the first Smarties to give a huge thank you to all the Dealerships and Dealer sales people who have bent over backwards to share with all of us as much as you could and in such a timely fashion. It's been a joy seeing phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and even invitations to stop in and visit you posted on this and other forums.

It's been very evident to all of us those who have been going the extra mile and those who almost seem 'invisible' and can't even be tracked down by begging for information. I truly feel that it will be people like yourselves that make this car and it's launch in the United States successful despite what the naysayers predict.

I've read time and time again how envious many of us are of those areas that have the enthusiastic, positive people that make you feel good all over about this car buying experience. Keep up the good work and keep those cars rolling, efficiently (smile).

Would you try to remember to advise the other 29 smart owners about our smart clubs: SCOA and CsC? I would love to start the first NJ smart meet in 2/08. Maybe on the first go around we can all meet at your location and get that first group photo? That would be so cool. Anyway, I know you are busy so maybe I can give you a flier to give out to the new owners so they know they have an additional resource of information about the smart community and their cars. By the way, who are the other smart centers in NJ? Thanks, Regina
